Who can join?

Rakuten Insight is open to registration for selected countries. They are namely China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, United States, France and United Kingdom.

Members must be 16 years or older, be a resident of approved countries. Once they have completed the full registration process, they will be accepted as a Member by Rakuten Insight.

However, if the Member does not take part in surveys for any extended period (as determined by Rakuten Insight), they may cease inviting the Member to do survey.

How and When does I get paid?

This panel rewards their members with points after they completed any surveys. The minimum number of Points required varies per item. For example, in order to redeem the PayPal cash, you need to accumulate till 75 points ($5). You must earn the minimum amount before you can redeem them for a reward item of your choice. 15 Points is equivalent to approximately $1.

Besides PayPal, it also has other merchants like Grab and Dairy Farm e-vouchers. However, it might be different across the countries.
